I began my career in early childhood education with Kinderberry Hill over twenty years ago. I first served as a classroom teacher and later moved into an operations coordinator role, supporting our Plymouth, Minneapolis, and Eden Prairie schools. In 2023, I stepped into my current role as executive program director at Kinderberry Hill Eden Prairie. I am deeply passionate about our work because Kinderberry Hill has always put children first. What’s best for children guides every choice we make. As both an educator and a mom of two Kinderberry graduates, I feel fortunate to share that passion with others every day. 

The most rewarding part of my work is building meaningful relationships with our families. Getting to know them on a personal level creates strong, lasting partnerships throughout their child’s early years, and being part of that journey is truly special.  

I also feel incredibly grateful to be part of a Reggio-inspired school. This approach opens endless possibilities for learning, and supporting our teachers as they meet each child’s needs is as energizing as it is fulfilling. 

I take great pride in my work ethic and feel honored to collaborate with a team of educators who share my commitment to excellence. We love connecting with both current and former families, learning from their experiences, and continually improving our programs to provide the very best for children.
