Operations Coordinator

I began my Kinderberry Hill journey in 2020 as a preschool teacher at our St. Paul school, and in 2024 I stepped into the Operations Coordinator role at Kinderberry Hill Edina. I’m passionate about this work because the early years of a child’s life are so influential, and it’s a joy to watch meaningful connections form between children, families, and teachers every day. 

Kinderberry Hill provides exceptional care, talented educators, and thoughtfully curated materials in an environment designed to foster learning and growth. As a new mom, I’ve become even more appreciative of the unique quality and warmth our school offers. Watching children grow in their social and emotional skills—smiling, communicating, building friendships, and navigating challenges from infancy through preschool—is the most rewarding part of my work. 

One of my favorite aspects of our Reggioinspired philosophy is following children’s interests through careful observation. This approach empowers teachers to tailor the classroom environment to the unique needs and curiosity of their students. Supporting our educators by ensuring they have the materials and resources is something I truly love. 

It brings me so much joy to hear the laughter and conversations shared between children and teachers each day. I love watching children explore and delight in the beautiful spaces and thoughtful provocations created just for them. I also treasure the moments spent connecting with parents and hearing their gratitude for our school community—those relationships make our work truly meaningful. 

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, hiking, kayaking, and traveling!
