I began my career at Kinderberry Hill 32 years ago as a college student, and today I’m honored to serve as executive program director. From the start, I was inspired by the passion and dedication of our school leaders, and I continue to share that same commitment to children, families, and educators.
One of my greatest joys is working alongside my daughter, Audrey, now a Kinderberry teacher. We’re also fortunate to have three team members who are Kinderberry graduates, which is proof of the meaningful impact this community has on children who grow up here.
I’m proud to be part of a school deeply committed to offering the very best care and education. I treasure the gratitude we receive from families and the creativity and dedication our teachers bring to their classrooms each day. It’s incredible to see the Reggio Emilia approach in action, with children leading their learning and teachers designing experiences around their interests. This early childhood philosophy builds confident, capable learners who are well-prepared for kindergarten and beyond.
Building strong relationships is at the heart of my work. I strive to create an environment where children, families, and staff feel welcomed, valued, and supported. We embrace the idea of a true “School Family”, fostering belonging and ensuring everyone’s needs are met with care.
