Operations Coordinator
I’ve been in early childhood education for ten plus years, all of them with Kinderberry Hill, and feel incredibly fortunate to be part of this school community. I began as an infant teacher and later moved into the operations coordinator role, first in Plymouth and now in Eden Prairie. Kinderberry Hill’s commitment to doing what is best for children is something I’m proud to support every day.
Building meaningful connections with families is one of my favorite parts of the job. As a parent of two young children, one a Kinderberry graduate and one currently enrolled, I get to experience firsthand what makes this place so special.
The Reggio Emilia approach to early childhood education inspires me because it honors each child’s individuality and allows them to learn at their own pace. Our teachers embrace this philosophy wholeheartedly, creating environments where children feel capable, curious, and confident.
I’m a caretaker at heart, and the relationships I build with children and families bring me so much joy—especially those moments when a child runs over for a hug during a tour. Being in leadership gives me the opportunity to connect with every family and share all that Kinderberry Hill has to offer.
I also love bringing people together, whether it’s through team gatherings, family events, or community celebrations.
Outside of work, I enjoy long summer bike rides with my family, jigsaw puzzle competitions, and crocheting little loveys for my kids.
Building meaningful connections with families is one of my favorite parts of the job.
