For nearly three decades, I’ve had the privilege of being part of the Kinderberry Hill family. I’m grateful to work in a place where I can make a meaningful impact and share my passion for early childhood education with the next generation of educators. I truly believe in the work we do each day for the children entrusted to our care.
Our team is made up of dedicated, compassionate teachers who share a commitment to excellence. Many of our teachers once saw Kinderberry Hill as a temporary stop on their career path, yet they quickly found early childhood so rewarding that they have stayed for decades. I’m incredibly proud of our tenured team; their longevity reflects both the importance of our work and the deep commitment we share. We take pride in our high standards, the service we provide to families, and the joy of supporting children’s first five years.
One of my greatest joys is reconnecting with past families and Kinderberry graduates. Hearing how our alumni are thriving and knowing we played a meaningful part in their early years is incredibly rewarding.
The community-centered Reggio Emilia philosophy guides much of our work. Families often join us in infancy and stay through pre-K, becoming part of the fabric of our school. The relationships formed here between educators, children, and families often last long after graduation.
Kinderberry Hill is truly a special place because of our close, collaborative team and the strong community we’ve built together. Supporting one another comes naturally, and it is this shared care that makes our school a wonderful place to learn, work, and grow. Outside of work, I enjoy bike riding, listening to audiobooks, and spending time with my family and friends.
