I began my career in early childhood education at Kinderberry Hill in 2001. I spent more than a decade at our Plymouth school as an infant and toddler teacher before making my home at Kinderberry Hill Minneapolis. In 2014, I stepped into the operations coordinator role, and in 2019, I was honored to become the executive program director.

Over the past two decades, my love and dedication to Kinderberry Hill have only grown. From our home office to our school teams, everyone is united by the same guiding belief: we always do what is best for the children in our care. This commitment has been the foundation of Kinderberry Hill from the very beginning.

The relationships I’ve built within our Kinderberry community are deeply meaningful to me. I love opening my heart to others and being of service in the caring, connected environment we’ve created together. One of my favorite aspects of our Reggio Emilia curriculum is the freedom it gives teachers to design learning experiences based on the interests of the children in their classrooms. It allows curiosity to guide the day and creates such joyful, authentic learning.

In our school community, I focus on building strong relationships, celebrating our accomplishments, and growing alongside our team. The unconditional love from the children and the laughter shared with our team brings me joy every single day.
